Adrenaline Junkies has just been announced as a finalist in Luma’s AI Dream Brief competition. A high-octane ski resort spot directed by OneDay and created in collaboration with Hal Curtis and Chuck McBride, two of the most celebrated creative directors in advertising history.

The film serves as the inaugural project from Arts & Intelligence, the newly launched AI division of Arts & Sciences.

Curtis and McBride set the creative benchmark for a generation and helped define the modern era of advertising through their work at Wieden+Kennedy and beyond, creating campaigns with leading film directors including David Fincher, Jonathan Glazer, Spike Jonze, Errol Morris, and Dougal Wilson.

Set against a stark, snow-blanketed mountain expanse, the film follows a cast of thrill-seekers through an escalating cycle of crashes, wipeouts and the absurd determination to go again.

It zeroes in on that split second where logic gives way to impulse, and the very human compulsion to return to the thing that just broke you.
